Rubicon's Pre-Assault

I started writing this to include my opinions/observations on the upcoming "features" in Rubicon.  After I saw how much I was writing I decided to break it into two posts.  This mainly just lists the upcoming features and what they have currently planned.

High-sec Planetary Customs Offices:  The empires are losing control and Customs Offices for planetary interaction can now be destroyed by players and new ones put in their place OWNED by players. 

Siphon Unit (Small) - *Work in Progress*:  The Siphon will allow players to (guess what) siphon resources from Player Owned Starbases. 

Depot (aka Mobile Home Base) - *Work in Progress*:  It will have storage space, and a fitting service.  Gets a reinforcement timer, but can be easily scooped.  You will not get Concordokkened for shooting this in high-sec.

Deployable Automatic Tractor Beam and Looting Device (DATBLoD?) - *Work in Progress*:  It will tractor in all wrecks within a certain range and loot them if you own the wrecks.  Otherwise it just pulls them all together.

Deployable Temporary Short Range Cyno Jammer - *Work in Progress*:  A one-time use structure which will prevent any cynos from being created in a certain range (not decided but probably in the 100km area).  It does NOT prevent covert cynos from being lit.

Warp Acceleration Changes - *Work in Progress*:  Ships with high MAX warp speed will accelerate AND decelerate faster than a ship with a lower MAX warp speed.

Interceptor - *Work in Progress*:  They will be gaining bubble immunity.  Not a lot of combat buffs, less EHP, and smaller cargo bays.

Marauders -*Work in Progress*:  They gain small "deploy" type mode called Bastion where they transform.  While in Bastion mode, fast cycling, ewar immunity, can't move, and are supposed to tank a lot.  They will also gain reduced micro-jumpdrive ACTIVATION timer.  (More information in Features & Ideas thread).

Interdictor - *Work in Progress*:  Designed to keep people in place.....and that's it.  (Wait for the thread to actually see what's changing.)

Electronic Attack - *Work in Progress*:  Cap recharge and lock times made better, and they are also gaining range projection for their specific type of EWAR.  (Wait for the thread to actually see what's changing.)

Rapid Heavy Missile Launcher - *Work in Progress*:  Intended for Battleships and will allow them to kill smaller things easier.

Sisters of Eve Frigate - *Work in Progress*:  Basically "pirate" faction type ships, they get bonuses from Gallente/Amarr skills.  The main purpose is to be long deployment/exploration type ships with some combat capabilities.  Will have large drone bays, and will gain covert ops cloaks.

Current Certificate System:  Will be DELETED.

NEW Certificate/Mastery System - *Work in Progress*:  There are not multiple certificates of the same thing/variation.  You will not have to claim them, and apparently lets you know how "1337" you are.

Interbus Ship Identification System - *Work in Progress*:  Gives a map of all ships and which of your skills lean to which ships, or type of weapon systems you are more effective with.  It should allow easier planning of where you want to move forward.

Character Selection Screen - *Work in Progress*:  Make item redemption easier and provide a lot more information.

Twitch.tv Integration -*Work in Progress*:  Push button, stream....(Twitch account required).
